• Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile image from your Google account.
• Listing data. Vehicle details you provide (make, model, year, price, mileage, VIN, location/ZIP, description, and similar).
• Photos. Images you upload for your listings.
• Messages and offers. Messages you exchange with other users and offers you make or receive through the Service.
• Usage data. Technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and interactions, collected automatically as you use the Service.

We use information to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the marketplace;
• Publish listings and connect buyers with sellers;
• Enable messaging, offers, and seller profiles;
• Provide safety, moderation, and fraud-prevention features;
• Send transactional emails (for example, new messages, offers, or moderation actions);
• Provide AI-assisted features such as listing help and photo checks;
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

We rely on the following service providers to operate the Service:

• Google OAuth — sign-in and authentication;
• Cloudflare — hosting/network services and R2 storage for listing photos;
• Anthropic — AI features (for example, the concierge and photo quality checks);
• Resend — sending transactional email;
• NHTSA — VIN decoding and vehicle data;
• Cloudflare Turnstile — bot/abuse protection on forms.

These providers process information on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own privacy policies. We share only what is needed for them to perform their function.

The Service is a marketplace, so some information is public by design. When you create a listing, the listing details, photos, your seller display name, and seller profile are visible to anyone. Do not include sensitive personal information in listings or messages. We do not publicly display your email address or phone number; buyer–seller contact happens through in-app messaging.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only: (a) publicly, as described above for listings and seller profiles; (b) with the service providers listed above to operate the Service; (c) to comply with law, legal process, or lawful requests; (d) to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the public, or us; and (e) in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate the Service, including to keep you signed in (session management) and to support security features. Disabling necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working.

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We may retain certain records (such as removed listings or moderation records) for a reasonable period for safety and legal purposes.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing — including rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do not sell personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below; we will respond consistent with applicable law. You can also stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed to and may not be used by anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
